Giselle is an incredibly talented jumper and dressage horse, as well as an outstanding producer of two lovely foals. She was started under saddle at age 3 1/2, and we noticed that her right hind twists when she walks. Perhaps she injured herself as a youngster, as we think this twist originates in her pelvis or hips somewhere. It was not farrier caused. We are offering this talented and willing prospect to a good home that has the money to get her diagnosed. Otherwise, she is an awesome broodmare. She could have an incredible performance career if her issue is resolved. Although she was champion of the AHS mare performance test (CHR 2008), she did not make elite status because of the hind twist. If this is corrected, there is no doubt she would be an elite mare. She LOVES to work, especially to jump! She has difficulty sitting and with daily work.
